دعای سفر:

پروردگارا،در همه کارها تو یار ویاور منی، تو در سفر همراه منی و حافظ خانواده ام ،از تو می خواهم در این سفر شادمانی و توفیق انجام اعمالی که خوشنودی تو در آن است به من عنایت فرمایی . بار الها....سفر را بر ما آسان فرما و بر محمد وآل محمد درود فرست.

 

                                   

 

بهداشت سفر:

1-در هنگام مسافرت با وسایل نقلیه عمومی نظیر اتوبوس از لیوان شخصی ویا یکبار مصرف برای آشامیدن آب استفاده  نمایید .

2-قبل از حرکت چند ظرف درب دار مناسب جهت ذخیره آب آشامیدنی سالم همراه خود داشته باشید.

3-همیشه از آب لوله کشی تصفیه شده یا ضد عفونی شده استفاده نمایید.

4-در مسیر سفر برای آشامیدن و شستشو از آب جویها و رود خانه استفاده نکنید.همچنین از آشامیدن آبهای مشکوک در پارکها ،باغها وفضای سبزجدا اجتناب کنید. ادامه مطلب...
